I'm intrigued by the fact that James "Howen" Ramirez was last seen in Ashland, Oregon, but there hasn't been much info released about what he was doing there in the first place. Was he visiting someone, or was it just a random trip? I wonder if anyone in the Ashland community might have crossed paths with him or noticed anything unusual around the time he disappeared. Sometimes these seemingly small details can make a huge difference in investigations. If anyone is from Ashland or nearby, maybe see if you remember anything from early July that struck you as odd? Just putting this out there in hopes it might jog someone’s memory!
