Have you guys heard about Herbert Harrison's case? It’s so upsetting how this young life was cut short at just 20 years old. I’ve been diving into the details of his murder, and it’s really got me thinking about community safety in Avondale back then. It’s tragic to think he was on his own front porch, a place where anyone should feel secure, and that this happened right in the middle of the day.
It's been over a decade, and still no answers. There’s got to be someone who knows or remembers something from that time. Even the smallest detail could be crucial. If anyone has insights or theories, it would be great to discuss possibilities that could maybe stir someone’s memory.
Sending thoughts to Herbert’s family and friends. I can’t imagine not having closure after all these years. Let’s hope the renewed interest in the case finally brings the justice they deserve.
I’ve been following Herbert Harrison’s case for some time, and one thing that’s been on my mind is the location of the murder. The Walker Apartments area in Avondale was known to be a bit rough around 2007. Does anyone else think it’s possible that someone living nearby might have seen or heard something they didn’t report back then? There were likely people around since it was a Saturday evening. If someone saw a car, a suspect, or anything suspicious, it could be crucial to the investigation. My heart goes out to Herbert’s family. I can’t imagine the pain they must still feel every day knowing that justice hasn’t been served. If anyone remembers anything, even if it seems insignificant, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Every bit of information can make a difference.
