It seems justice will not be served for Sarah's family in this case. They know who did it they just don't have enough evidence to indict. I hope this haunts him for the rest of his life.

Hey everyone,
It's been 10 years since Sarah Wallace's tragic death, and I still can't wrap my head around how the pieces haven't come together fully yet. I recently came across something that got me thinking—how bouts of depression and mental health issues can sometimes be used as excuses to muddy the waters in cases like this. Leonard Messer claimed that Sarah was emotional and wanted to hurt herself. It's unsettling how such claims can potentially sway initial investigations, especially when someone has a known history of mental health struggles.
Sarah was incredibly close to her family, and it's clear she had a strong support system in place. It just doesn't add up for her to have been in such a frame of mind that night. I wonder if these narratives being pushed by Messer were taken too seriously without considering Sarah's actual mental state. It's painful to see how her life was so abruptly taken from her, and I genuinely hope more answers can eventually bring some peace to her friends and family.
Does anyone else think Messer used her mental health history as a cover? What makes it even more infuriating is the inconsistent accounts from people like Kimberly Bohache Abney about Messer's confession. It just feels like there's much more to this story that needs uncovering.
Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts on this. Let's hope Sarah's family eventually finds the justice they deserve.
