Has anyone else looked into the detail about Gerri Anderson signing over her car’s title to a known drug dealer? I’ve been speculating about what could have led her to do that. Was there a debt she might have needed to pay off, or was she perhaps coerced into doing it? Seems like an odd move unless there was some serious pressure or motivation behind it. Also, has anyone heard if the authorities ever tracked down the person who ended up with her car? It seems like it could be a key lead. If that dealer is still around, they might have crucial info about what happened to Gerri. Thoughts?

Does anyone else find it strange that Gerri wrote to her father about signing her car over to a drug dealer just two weeks after disappearing? It feels like such a big move, especially if she was planning to head to Chicago. Why would she mention something so incriminating in a letter to her dad? Could she have been trying to send a hidden message, maybe to signal that she was in trouble and didn’t want to say it outright? Or was it meant to point law enforcement toward the dealer if something happened to her? It’s been so many years, and yet these details feel like they could hold a piece of the puzzle. What do you all think? Could there be something more to this letter than meets the eye?
