Hey everyone, something that's been on my mind about James Tennison's case is the lack of items or personal belongings found during the search. I know hunters usually carry gear like backpacks, rifles, or even small personal items, but nothing was reportedly discovered. Given the terrain and the extensive search efforts, it seems pretty strange that not a single item turned up. Does anyone know if maybe there’s a chance that items could have been lost or taken by wildlife or even someone passing through? Would love to hear thoughts or if anyone’s seen cases with similar circumstances.

Hey everyone, I was just reading about James Anthony Tennison's case, and something that really stands out to me is the lack of physical evidence found during the search. Given that he was an experienced hunter, it seems odd that absolutely nothing was left behind—no gear, no clothing, not even tracks. It's almost like he just vanished into thin air. I know they did an extensive search of the Savanna State Forest, but I wonder if there were areas that might not have been thoroughly checked due to rough terrain or other limitations. Has anyone come across similar cases where hunters have gone missing with no trace, and did they eventually find any evidence to point to what might have happened? Would love to hear your thoughts or any theories you've come across.

I recently stumbled upon the case of James Anthony Tennison, and something that's been bugging me is the fact that he was an experienced hunter. It seems so odd that someone familiar with the outdoors could just disappear without a trace. I wonder if he might've crossed paths with someone else in the forest that day. Given it's a popular hunting area, could it be possible that someone else was out there and knows something? The lack of evidence is perplexing. It's been over 30 years, and you’d think at least one clue should have surfaced by now. Does anyone have thoughts on whether any hunters in the area have been re-interviewed in recent years? I hope this case gets revisited with modern technology or fresh eyes.
