Hey everyone, I've been thinking about Ronald Everett Lye's disappearance again and something that's been bugging me is the lack of any reported sightings after December 7, 1992. San Rafael isn't a huge place, so it seems strange there haven't been any credible leads about where he might have gone after he was last seen. Does anyone know if there were any construction projects or transient camps in the area at that time where he might have blended in or sought shelter? Sometimes, people who go missing end up in places where they're not recognized or remembered. Just trying to brainstorm some possibilities here. Let's keep this conversation going and see if we can come up with any fresh ideas.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been digging into Ronald Everett Lye's disappearance, which goes all the way back to 1992. One thing that really stands out to me is how there seems to be almost no media coverage about his case. It makes me wonder if that has hindered the investigation over the years. I mean, public awareness can really be a driving force in missing persons cases, right? Just thinking out loud here, but does anyone know if any grassroots efforts or campaigns were ever launched to bring more attention to his disappearance? It’s frustrating to think that a lack of coverage could play a role in why more leads haven’t surfaced. Would love to hear your thoughts or if you've come across any old articles or interviews. Stay safe, everyone!
