Has anyone else heard about the potential sighting of Norman Basil Pappas in Arizona a few years back? A friend mentioned a rumor about this at a local gathering recently, and it got me wondering if there might be something to it. The official information hasn’t really talked much about him being outside of California, but given the lack of leads, I'm curious if there were ever any follow-ups on sightings in other states.
