Has anyone looked into the potential connection between Tracy Elaine Smith’s case and other missing persons in Miami around the early '90s? I know it might sound like grasping at straws, but she went missing in a bustling area with a history of unsolved cases. There’s a possibility that her disappearance might somehow intersect with other cases. It's strange that despite her distinctive surgical scar, there wasn't more public attention or more noticeable witnesses. Just trying to brainstorm alternative angles since it doesn’t seem like there’ve been any leads in so long. Would be great to hear thoughts or insights from others who might have been in the Miami area back then or fellow sleuths who’ve come across something similar.
