Hey everyone, I've been following Elba Irizarry's case and something that's been on my mind is the location she was last seen—Westfield Avenue in Camden. Does anyone know if there were any significant events or changes in that area back in 1994? Sometimes understanding the environment can offer clues or jog someone’s memory. It seems like a busy street where someone might have seen or heard something. Also, how have local efforts changed over the years in trying to locate missing persons in Camden? I’m just trying to piece together any little bits that might have been overlooked in public discussions. Thanks for any insights!
