Can someone help shed light on the last known sightings of Edward Brooks? I came across his case while browsing through old missing person reports, and it's been haunting me ever since. There has been very little information released about what actually happened on December 23, 1998, in Philadelphia. One thing I'm curious about is whether he was seen with anyone just before he disappeared or if he had any particular plans that day. Sometimes, it's the smaller details that get overlooked, and I'm hoping someone might recall something or heard anything that seems insignificant but could really help build a timeline. I feel for his family and can't imagine what they have gone through all these years.
