I was reading about the tragic arson in Columbus back in 2010, and my heart goes out to all the families affected, especially Rebecca Climer. I can’t imagine the magnitude of losing both a mother and a son in one night. What struck me is how close the community was; it’s clear that Deanna Perry wasn’t just a grandmother, but someone who gave love and care as a babysitter to little Brianna. I wonder if there are any new initiatives or efforts within the Columbus community to keep the memory of the victims alive and to put pressure on whoever knows something to finally speak up. It's hard to believe it’s been over a decade, and there’s still no closure for the families. If anyone’s local to Columbus, how does this case resonate in town nowadays? Are there gatherings, memorials, or maybe a push for more action to get justice?

Hey everyone, I've been following the Columbus arson case from 2010 for a while now, and something that's been on my mind lately is the neighborhood where it all happened. The 100 block of North Yale Avenue—has anyone looked into the crime rates around there before and after the incident? I feel like understanding more about the area might offer some context or clues. It's so unsettling to think that a tight-knit community had to go through such a tragedy. People always talk about how supportive everyone was at the time, coming together to help Deanna and Charles's family in any way they could. It makes me wonder: Does the community have any suspicions about what happened or who might be involved? It's got to be someone who knew that house if they set the fire when most of the residents were usually out, right? If anyone lives or lived near there, I'd love to hear your perspective. It’s hard to imagine the pain Rebecca Climer must feel every day, losing two of her loved ones so suddenly. I keep hoping that someone, somewhere, knows something they haven’t shared yet and will eventually come forward. Stay safe, everyone.
