I came across a thread about David Carter recently, and it's really been on my mind. From what I gather, he was hardworking and had a lot of people who cared about him. It’s baffling and frustrating that his case hasn't moved forward after all these years. I can’t imagine the pain his family must feel not knowing who’s responsible.
