Has anyone looked into the weather conditions or river levels back in October 1999 when Charles Hanlon and his truck disappeared? I’m wondering if heavy rain or flooding at the time could have caused the truck to end up in the river. Maybe he lost control? It's been over two decades since he went missing and now that they’ve found his truck, could environmental factors from that time play a role in explaining what happened? Might be worth digging into old weather reports or news articles from that period to see if there's any mention of storms or unusual conditions near the Ohio River. Thoughts?

Did anyone else catch the update about Charles Hanlon's case? I’ve been following it for a while, and the discovery of the truck last year has been on my mind. It makes me wonder how a whole truck could go unnoticed for so long. You’d think someone would’ve spotted it, considering all those years since it vanished. The Ohio River has always been notorious for keeping secrets, but it raises so many questions. How did it end up there? Was it an accident or something else? It’s baffling that even with new evidence, there's still so little we know. If anyone has theories about potential routes it could've taken to the river, I'd be interested to hear them. Hopefully, this renewed interest brings some closure.
