Has anyone looked into possible sightings of Felicia in nearby counties or even states after she went missing? I find it surprising that there seems to have been so little information about her movements or potential whereabouts after August 12, 2000. I’ve read that sometimes missing persons, especially young ones, can end up in neighboring areas shortly after disappearing. It makes me wonder if any sightings were reported but not widely shared with the public. Given the difficulty in keeping up a sustained search without enough evidence, it might be worth re-examining initial search areas or witness statements that might have been overlooked. Also, do we know if there are any efforts to reach out to surrounding communities, perhaps posters or questioning in schools, bus stations, places where a young teen might show up? Keeping her memory active in those spaces could help jolt some memories even after all this time.
Has anyone else been following Felicia Gritte's case? I came across her story recently and can't get over how there seems to be almost no information available. I did some digging through old news archives, and it's surprising to see such a lack of media coverage, especially considering she was only 13 when she disappeared. It’s frustrating when cases like this seem to fall through the cracks because of the time that’s passed. Sometimes I wonder if there are people who remember something, however small it might be. Maybe it’s just a matter of getting the right person to see her story again. If anyone has more insight or knows of sources that discussed her disappearance back then, please share! The more eyes on this, the better the chance something new might come to light.
