Does anyone else find it odd that there were no witnesses at the Marathon station when Rodney Watkins was shot? Given that it was a relatively busy area, you’d think someone might have seen or heard something that could help the investigation. It’s been over a decade, and it’s hard to believe that nobody has come forward with any solid info. My heart goes out to his family, who have been waiting all these years for justice. If anyone in the Cincinnati area remembers anything, even the smallest detail, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Rodney deserves answers, and his family deserves peace.
Hey everyone,
Scrolling through old threads and came across the tragic case of Rodney Watkins. It's been haunting to think about—how a routine task at a gas station turned into such a nightmare. I can't even begin to imagine the shock and terror his family must have felt receiving that call.
Does anyone here know more about the neighborhood where this happened? I keep seeing Over-the-Rhine mentioned in news articles. Was there a history of violence there back then? Sometimes understanding the setting can provide some context to these terrible events. Kudos to the family and community for keeping the candle burning and pressing for justice. Rodney deserves answers, and so do his loved ones.
