I was digging through some old local news archives and came across something interesting about Lamont Junior Brown's case. Apparently, around the time he went missing, there were a lot of rumors floating around St. Louis about a group of individuals involved in petty crimes in the area. Some people speculated that Lamont might have known them or gotten caught up in something. There's no solid evidence to back this up, but it's strange how this line of inquiry didn't seem to gain any traction officially. I'm curious if anyone else has heard these rumors or has more details on this angle? It feels like there's got to be something more out there that hasn't been uncovered yet. Thoughts?

Does anyone else think it's odd that there are conflicting reports about when Lamont Junior Brown was last seen? Some say October 28th, others say November 1st. It's such a small detail, but I feel like it could be crucial in piecing together the timeline of his disappearance. Was there a delay in someone reporting him missing, or do the different dates come from separate sightings by people who saw him on different days? I always wonder about how something like this affects the investigation. If anyone has insight into how law enforcement deals with these kinds of discrepancies, I'd love to hear more. Also, hoping his family can find some closure soon.
