I’ve always been curious about the implications of Javier Reynoso’s case on cross-border cooperation between law enforcement agencies. Given that he disappeared in Tijuana and the case quickly spilled over into San Diego’s jurisdiction, you’d think there’d be more collaboration and shared resources to crack cases like this. But from what I’ve read, the communication can be frustratingly slow and sometimes bureaucratic red tape stands in the way. Does anyone else think this could be a big reason why cases like Javier's go unsolved for so long? It seems the international aspect adds a whole other level of complexity. Would love to hear thoughts or any insights from folks familiar with how these operations work!

Has anyone delved into the dental practice Javier was visiting? It seems like he made that trip to Tijuana quite often. I wonder if there's any information or CCTV footage from the dental office on the day he disappeared. While it’s possible that the dental clinic might not be involved, any small detail could provide a clue. Given how frequent Javier’s visits were, you’d think the staff might have some recollections of him or notice if anything was off that day. Maybe there were other patients who noticed something unusual. Considering how close-knit some of these border businesses can be with their regular customers, it’s surprising we haven’t heard more from anyone there. Thoughts?
