Just came across the case of Douglas Henry and something caught my attention. I find it quite odd that the abandoned Saturn was found so far away from Reno, near Boundary Peak. That location isn't exactly a short drive for a casual day trip. Why go all the way out to such a remote area if it wasn't part of some kind of plan or if he wasn't forced to? Also, with his CCW missing, it makes me wonder if he felt threatened or was trying to protect himself from something. Anyone have thoughts on why someone would head to an area like that without telling anyone? Or any ideas on the significance of Boundary Peak? It feels like there might be more to the location choice than we're seeing.

I recently came across Douglas Henry's case, and I can't stop thinking about how bizarre it is that his car was found so far from his intended route. Goldfield is quite a ways from Reno, and it's puzzling why he would end up near Boundary Peak. It seems like a pretty remote area, not exactly the kind of place you randomly find yourself unless there's a specific reason to head there. Could he have been planning a surprise trip for some reason? Also, the missing CCW just adds another layer to the mystery. Was he carrying it regularly, or could that point to something more unexpected having happened? I feel like there's a key piece of information left undiscovered. Whatever the case, it's frustrating that there hasn't been more progress in figuring out what happened that day. I'm curious if anyone from the area noticed anything unusual back then? Any insight could be crucial.

I’ve been following Douglas Henry's case for a while now, and I can't help but dwell on the location where his car was found. Boundary Peak is quite remote, and it's odd that his vehicle ended up there of all places. Was he familiar with the area? It seems like a pretty bizarre place to drive to without a clear reason, especially considering it's 200 miles away from Reno. Some have suggested maybe he planned a spontaneous getaway or had a reason to head that way. Does anyone else think it's possible there might have been something or someone in Goldfield that drew him there? Or could it be just a random coincidence? Would love to hear what others think about this aspect of the case.
