Has anyone looked into the timeline of Craig's disappearance, specifically the gap between when his friend left the beach and returned? I'm trying to understand how long Craig might have been in the water or if something else could have happened during that window. The fact that his belongings were just left there is puzzling to me. Could he have gone somewhere else after the swim, or did something unexpected happen in such a short amount of time? I know the general assumption is drowning, but without a body or more evidence, it just feels like there could be more to the story. Has anyone come across similar cases in the area?

I’ve been following Craig Hoskie’s case from Pensacola, and I recently read about how his belongings were found untouched on the beach. It’s got me thinking about the tides and currents that night. I’m wondering if anyone knows about the conditions in that area during early April. It seems like the water wasn’t safe, which could have really complicated things when he disappeared. Could the tides have carried him far away despite the search efforts? Also, does anyone here have experience with how quickly such conditions can change? It’s been so many years, yet cases like this still leave so many questions. Would love to hear any insights from folks familiar with the area.

Has anyone looked into the currents around Pensacola Beach around the time Craig went missing? I know a lot of folks think it's a straightforward drowning case, but the fact that his body was never recovered seems strange to me. Ocean currents are notorious for carrying objects and people miles away from where they initially went missing. It's just odd that with all the search efforts, not a single trace of him was found. Maybe there's something unique about how the water flows in that specific area? Anyone familiar with local conditions or similar cases in that region with some insight?
