I was recently reading about Ray F. Miller III's case, and it's just tragic to see how unresolved this is even after all these years. Something that's been on my mind is the witness angle. Does anyone know if there were any neighbors who heard or saw anything? Loretta Avenue is pretty residential, right? It seems like someone might have heard something, especially since it was late at night. It's hard to imagine something like this happening without a single soul noticing. I can't help but think that maybe someone has a piece of the puzzle, but they might not realize its significance. Sending thoughts to Ray’s family and friends. It's so important that they get the answers they deserve. If anyone has insights or theories on what might have happened, please share.
