I've been following the case of Tywone Smith, and something that's been on my mind is the role of roommates in these situations. It must be tough for Darren Smith, having your own living space tied up in the middle of a disappearance case. I'm curious about how much information law enforcement typically gets from roommates in cases like these. Do they just give a basic statement, or are they often pulled into deeper questioning? I can’t imagine what it’s like being the last person to see someone before they vanish. Anyone else have insights or experiences with something similar?
