Wow, I can't believe it's been over a decade since Gerardo and Cesar Garcia disappeared. I came across their case while browsing through some missing persons databases, and it really stuck with me. One thing that puzzles me is why there has been such little movement on this case after all these years. Does anyone know if there have been any updates from the authorities in Mexico? It seems like Nuevo Laredo is a place with a lot of activity, and I'm curious if their disappearance might be tied to something happening there at that time. If anyone has more insights or local knowledge, it would be great to hear from you!
