I find it so eerie that Scott just vanished after taking such deliberate steps. Giving away personal belongings and terminating his lease seems like he might have wanted to start over, but why no communication with anyone afterwards? It's almost like he wanted to erase his old life entirely. Has anyone considered if he might have been planning to live off the grid? That could explain the lack of financial activity and the absence of a new phone service. Phoenix, with its vast deserts, might offer a perfect place for someone wanting to disappear. But why cut ties so abruptly with everyone he knew? Mystifying.
