Hey everyone, I've been doing some digging into Promila Mehta-Paul's disappearance, and I keep getting stuck on her son Paresh's actions right after she went missing. It's been bothering me how quickly he left the area and ended up at the U.S.-Mexico border. I mean, if your mom goes missing, wouldn't you want to be close by to help with the search efforts? Plus, given that he was later charged with obstruction of justice, it just feels so suspicious. I know we can't jump to conclusions, but the border situation keeps nagging at me. What was he doing there, and so soon after Promila vanished? Maybe I'm missing something, but I think this aspect might shed some light on the case if we focus on it a bit more. Has anyone else been puzzled by the bank deposit Promila made just before she disappeared? It seems odd to me that she completed such a routine task with no apparent stress or change in her behavior, according to the bank footage. If she had any inkling that something was wrong, wouldn't there have been some indication of it? Maybe there’s more to that part of her day that hasn't been uncovered yet. Could it be possible that her movements after the bank hold some forgotten clues? Her daily routine might have been predictable, making it easier for someone to anticipate where she’d go next. Just thinking out loud here… does anyone have thoughts about this angle?
