When I read about the tragic case of Roger Smith Jr., one thing that stands out is the role of the Ohio Attorney General's cold case database. It seems like an excellent initiative to highlight unsolved cases and keep public interest alive. Does anyone here have experience with the cold case database actually helping to solve a case? I can't imagine the pain Roger's family must still be going through every day without answers. It just seems like this tool could be crucial in generating new leads. If you have any information, no matter how small, please consider reaching out—it could make all the difference for his loved ones.
I've been following the Roger Smith Jr. case for a while now, and one thing that continues to puzzle me is the location—35 Oakdale Avenue. From what I’ve read and seen discussed, this wasn't Roger's residence. So, why was he there so early in the morning on the day of his murder? Was there someone he knew at that address, or was it just a random spot? I feel like understanding Roger's connection to the location might be key to unraveling what happened to him that day. It must be incredibly difficult for his family to still be seeking answers after all this time. I hope that anyone who knows something, even if it seems insignificant, steps forward to help bring some closure to this tragic case.
