Has anyone looked into the theories about why Shane’s disappearance had no confirmed sightings after the accident? I was reading some older news articles, and I’m curious about the possibility of him trying to hitch a ride as I've seen suggested in other cases. Maybe someone picked him up, and something happened after that? Considering he just vanished without a trace, it seems possible. I wonder if there were any interviews with locals or truck drivers who might have passed through that area around that time. Just thinking out loud, but sometimes these smaller details can bring light in unexpected ways. Anyone have any thoughts or info on this line of inquiry?
