Hey everyone, I've been following Jose Castro-Peralta’s case and something's been on my mind. It's been over six years now, and despite some efforts, it seems we're still lacking crucial information to move forward. I can't help but think about how difficult this must be for his family and friends, not having any answers or justice for Jose. I read somewhere that community engagement is key in cold cases like this. I know it can be frustrating, but if anyone out there was around the area back in July 2017 or remembers anything at all, even if it seems insignificant, please consider reaching out to the Columbus Division of Police or Crime Stoppers. Sometimes, the smallest piece of information can be the turning point in bringing justice to victim’s families. Let's try to spread the word around because Jose and his loved ones deserve to see those responsible brought to justice. Stay safe, everyone, and let's keep pushing for those answers.

Does anyone else feel this case could benefit from greater media attention? It’s been over six years since Jose Castro-Peralta's tragic death, and it seems his case has faded from the public eye. I know the Columbus Police Department is doing what they can, but sometimes media coverage can reignite a case or shake loose new leads. Has there been any recent push from local news outlets? I'm just thinking about other cases where media involvement helped bring about tips that led to breakthroughs. It breaks my heart to think of Jose's family still waiting for answers. Sharing his story more widely might just be what’s needed. What do you guys think?
