Does anyone else find it strange that this all happened in broad daylight? The corner of Traymore Place and Republic Avenue is a pretty busy area at that time of day. It’s unsettling to think there might be witnesses who haven’t come forward yet. Imagine how the families of Theodore Stokes and Daryll Gavin feel, knowing there might be people out there who could hold the key to finding justice for their loved ones.
