I came across the case of Pat Moss on one of the forums and something that stood out to me was the detail about her distinct Jamaican accent. I wonder how much that could’ve helped in identifying her, especially in areas she might have wandered to where it would be less common. It's such a unique characteristic that locals might have noticed if she’d spoken to them. Also, given her Alzheimer's, it’s plausible she could have been confused and approached someone for help. Does anyone know if local hospitals or shelters in Georgia and neighboring states were thoroughly checked around that time? Identifying her by accent seems like such a promising angle if she was trying to communicate.
