Something that's been on my mind about Troy Donovan Burnett's case is the potential role his medical conditions might have played. Considering he wasn't taking his medication, could it be possible he had some sort of delusional episode that led him to run off? Was he experiencing paranoia or fear that made him think someone was after him? It must have been disorienting to be without his medication and suffering from impaired vision and hearing. I can't help but wonder if he might've ended up somewhere he didn't intend to go or if it made it harder for him to ask for help. It's tragic how these factors can complicate finding someone who's already vulnerable without their medication. What do you all think? Could his medical state have led him to inadvertently hide or not seek help when he needed it?
