Just finished watching a documentary on the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, and it got me thinking about Joan Ellen Hansen's disappearance since she was supposed to meet her sisters there the day after she went missing. It's chilling to consider how she planned this outing and never made it. I've always been curious if any fair attendees or workers at the event might have seen her or caught something unusual, especially since the World's Fair was such a big deal that year. If she had made it there, someone might have witnessed something without realizing its significance at the time. Also, it's unsettling to think about how her car was found trashed. Wondering if anyone has looked into security or parking details from the era at the fairgrounds? I feel like it's such an overlooked detail in her case.
