Hey everyone, this case has been nagging at me for a while, and I keep coming back to one detail I can't shake off. Ronald Kruska was last seen hitchhiking near Interstate 5, which got me thinking about how common hitchhiking was back in the '70s and the potential dangers it posed. It's such a different time now, but back then, so many young people hitched rides without a second thought. I'm wondering if Ronald encountered someone on that highway who might have had ill intentions. It was a busy road, and sadly, perfect for someone wanting to disappear without a trace or, worse, make someone else disappear. There have been mentions of hitchhikers turning up missing near major interstates during that era. Has anyone else looked into this angle for other cases? Could there possibly be a pattern or a link to Ronald's disappearance? Still hoping for some new information or insight to surface, for his and his family's sake.
