I was reading through some old missing persons cases and came across the one about Toni Sue Esbenshade. The details surrounding her case are so strange, especially how her personal items were just left behind like that. It makes me wonder about the estranged husband's role—has anyone looked closer at his behavior in the days following her disappearance? I know he wasn't considered a strong suspect, but sometimes it feels like those closest to a missing person know more than they let on. The detail about her keys in the door and purse on the porch almost feels staged to me. If she was planning to leave willingly or go on her own, why wouldn't she take her things? I hope after all these years, someone who knows something comes forward. If anyone has any other speculation or theories about who might’ve been involved, I’d love to hear them.
