I was just reading about Lorree Lee Dennis and something about her clothing caught my attention. She was wearing a beige trench coat and carrying a large maroon shoulder bag when she disappeared. Given the circumstances and the storm that night, it makes me wonder if those items could have been found separately somewhere downstream or in the surrounding area but perhaps never connected to her case. I know that rivers and floods can carry belongings far from where a person goes missing, and sometimes things resurface years later. Has anyone ever heard of any potential sightings or finds of clothing or personal items that could have belonged to her in the years after her disappearance? Could any local collectors or museums that deal with antique clothing inadvertently have something like this? It just feels like any small clue might help piece together the tragic mystery of what happened to Lorree that night. It's baffling that after all this time, there's been no trace of her other than the car and House's body. Thoughts?
