I've been following Melodie Riegel's case for a while, and I keep thinking about that fake identity used at the hotel — "Bruce Stevens." It baffles me how someone could rent a room under a completely made-up name and disappear without a trace. It makes me wonder if this person had done this before or if they had help from someone working at the motel. It's painful to think that someone could just vanish like this after taking such an innocent life. I can't help but feel for Melodie's family and friends, who have been waiting for justice for so long. If anyone has information, however small it may seem, it could be crucial to bringing peace to those who knew and loved her. It's been far too long.
