Does anyone else remember the candlelight vigil the neighborhood held for Angelo Lee back in November 2008? It was a truly moving night, full of tears and shared memories. I didn’t know Angelo personally, but seeing so many people come out to support his family and pay their respects really underscored how much he meant to those around him. I can’t imagine the pain his loved ones must still be feeling with his case unresolved after all these years. It’s disheartening how time passes and yet justice still seems so elusive. Keeping my fingers crossed that someone will come forward with the information that will finally bring some peace to his family. It really goes to show how crucial community support is in these situations, and it makes me hope that one day we will see some resolution not just for Angelo's sake, but for every family in Charlotte waiting for answers.
Has anyone else noticed that there's a lack of media coverage when it comes to Angelo Lee's case in Charlotte? I've been diving into some cold cases in the area, and his story just feels like it's gotten lost over the years, along with so many others from 2008. It's really frustrating that we know so little about what happened to him.
I can't help but wonder if there are witnesses who might have seen or heard something but just haven’t come forward yet. The CMPD seems to be working hard on these cold cases, but they can't do it alone. If anyone out there has any info, even if it seems small, please consider reaching out to the authorities.
I feel for Angelo's family and friends; not having closure must be incredibly difficult. Every bit of progress in these investigations could make a massive difference for them. Hoping for justice not just for Angelo, but for all the families still waiting for answers.
