Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Silas Henry and Marc L. Taylor's tragic deaths in Lorain, and something has been bothering me about these short-term rental properties being used for gatherings. It seems like they are becoming hotspots for all sorts of trouble, especially when unsupervised parties are involved. The fact that this gathering turned violent is deeply troubling. I'm wondering if there needs to be more regulation around who can rent these properties, especially when it comes to minors and parties. It's clear these places can be unsafe when things get out of hand. I'm hoping that other tragic events like this one can somehow push for better oversight or maybe stricter guidelines around these rentals.
