I’ve read in other cases how crucial video footage can be in piecing together timelines and identifying suspects. I’m hoping that detectives have access to security footage from nearby businesses or even street cameras. It seems like the investigators could really use any extra help from technological sources, especially when the area was so crowded. If anyone’s local to the Hartford area, are community cameras a thing there? I’m really rooting for a breakthrough soon, not just for Joseph’s loved ones seeking closure but also for the peace of mind of all residents who might be feeling uneasy after this violent episode.
