Has anyone else been following the updates on Corey Catchings' case? It's so unsettling to think that something as routine as a morning drive could turn into such a tragedy. I keep thinking about his stepdaughter and how she must be coping with losing her stepfather in such a violent way. What really gets to me is the randomness of the crime, as they mentioned that Morales and Catchings didn’t know each other. It just leaves everyone wondering why this happened. I'm hoping the legal proceedings give us some clarity, but more importantly, I hope it gives the family some peace. Delving into true crime stories can be haunting, but this one really hits hard knowing it's affected the everyday lives of people just trying to go about their day. Anyone else have thoughts on how the community is holding up?
