Wow, the details around Janelle Cruz's case always give me chills. It's so deeply unsettling that such a young life was cut short that way. I recently stumbled upon an interesting aspect of the investigation I hadn't heard much about before—Janelle's friend who was with her that night. I can't imagine the kind of emotional toll it must have had on him, knowing he was one of the last people to see her alive. They say he heard noises outside, but it turned out to be something far more sinister than they imagined. It’s haunting to think how close he was to danger without even realizing it.
