Hey everyone, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the devastating incident in Milford Mill. Has anyone else been thinking about how crucial it is for communities to come together to advocate for stringent safety measures regarding firearms? It's just so hard to imagine that a child as young as Alayah could lose her life this way. I can't stop thinking about how this might have been prevented with proper gun safety and storage practices. I feel for her family, and I can’t imagine what they are going through right now. It shouldn't take a tragedy like this to push for stronger community education and resources around firearm safety. Maybe we should be discussing steps that can be taken to prevent these senseless accidents from happening in the future. What do you all think? Sending thoughts and strength to Alayah’s family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. ?
