I still can’t wrap my head around the loss of Bennett and his family. When I read about his love for the outdoors and how he recently got his hunting license, it just struck a chord. It’s always the small things, right? The tiny details that remind you these were real people with passions and dreams. Bennett's joy in identifying insects and fishing speaks volumes about his curiosity and zest for life. It's truly unimaginable that someone so full of life and potential is gone. My heart goes out to everyone in Grand Haven who knew him and his family. These tragedies make you hold your loved ones a little closer. I hope there’s some comfort in remembering the joy Bennett brought into the world through his love of nature. If you have any happy memories of him, it might help to share them.
