Has anyone else been following the connection between the fire at 740 Otter Creek Road and the murders of Rebecca Thomas and John Luper III? It seems odd to me that there's a structure fire at the exact location where such a horrific crime took place. The authorities have said they're looking at the fire as a separate incident, but I can't help but think there's more to it. Could it have been set intentionally to destroy evidence or mislead investigators? This adds another level of tragedy to an already devastating situation, and my heart goes out to the families who are left dealing with all of this uncertainty. If anyone from Sopchoppy or nearby has more insights into whether unusual fires have been happening, it might be worth discussing. This case is a real puzzle, and I hope the connection, if there is one, doesn't impede justice for Rebecca and John.
