I've been following the Margorie Upson case for years, and one detail that's always struck me is the proximity of her home to the Greyhound bus station. It's unsettling to think that her killer might have casually traveled through such a busy, public spot before or after committing such a horrific act. The bus station being so close could have provided easy access to someone passing through or even just scoping out the area. Given that Harris had connections to both Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor, I wonder how many times he might have used that station and whether he used it for any purpose related to the crime. It adds another layer of eerie accessibility to these tragic events. I can only imagine what Margorie's friends and family went through knowing that her killer might have walked unnoticed among so many in a crowded place right near her home. If anyone else has any insights on this angle or the significance of the bus station in the case, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
