I feel so deeply for LuVenya's family. Can you imagine the unbearable pain they're going through? One thing that sticks out to me is the timing of that awful night. Just a week after celebrating her birthday and looking forward to starting high school—it's incredibly tragic. The fact that she was holding onto dreams of becoming a nurse shows what a bright future she had ahead of her. How does a family cope with such a sudden and senseless loss? I'm also curious about the phone call with her mother. Those words, "All right bye Mom, I love you," must echo so loudly right now in her mom's heart. I hope the authorities are able to provide answers and, ultimately, justice for the Knight family. It's hard to understand how something like this happens, but I have faith that the community will rally around them during this unimaginable time.
