Has anyone else been following the updates on the Xavier Williams case? The detail that caught my attention was how they ended up catching Lamont Bates. The fact that he was nabbed for shoplifting and that ended up tying him to such a severe crime as Xavier's murder is wild. Just goes to show how sometimes it's the little things that lead to such breakthroughs in investigations. It's unsettling to think that this man was at large for even a couple of days after the shooting. My thoughts are with Xavier's family and friends as they navigate this loss. It's a rough time for Park Heights with all these incidents happening, and the community definitely deserves some relief and justice. What do you all think about the way this case unfolded?
