I came across Joe Kalous's case from 1996 again and it still intrigues me how his body was never found despite the thorough searches. What gets me is the timeline—his boating partner's remains only surfaced five years later in 2001. It makes me wonder if there's a particular area that wasn't searched properly back then or if natural elements make discoveries like this so delayed in certain regions. The waters around Concrete, Washington, must have some strong currents or tricky spots where things get lost. Does anyone know more about the terrain there? Sometimes, these cases just leave you with more questions than answers.
