I was going through the details of Anna Stefanatos's case and found something quite intriguing that I hadn't seen mentioned much before. Given her history of wandering, especially internationally, I'm curious if there were any checks done with international missing persons databases or agencies. Considering her extensive travels before her disappearance in 1996, it's possible she could have crossed borders again. Does anyone know if the authorities collaborated with international police agencies like Interpol? It seems like with her pattern of behavior, there's a chance she might have ended up in another country, slipping through the cracks because local databases weren't interconnected back then. Just a thought, but I wonder if this angle was thoroughly explored.
Has anyone on here looked into Anna Stefanatos's connection to that military base in Germany where she was previously found? I find it intriguing that someone with her background could end up in such a secure location. Could there be some kind of governmental or military angle that hasn't been fully explored? Her history of wandering because of her mental health must make the search incredibly complex, but I can't shake the feeling there's something significant about that military base. It seems like an unusual place for someone like Anna to end up. Has anyone heard or read about similar cases where missing persons have been involved with military sites without having a direct connection? Just trying to think outside the box here, and any input or similar stories would be really helpful.
