Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through a lot of the posts about Haywood Downey's case, and something that stands out to me is the location of the shooting. It’s concerning how it happened in such a busy area near North Duke Street and Horton Road. Does anyone else find it strange that there weren’t more witnesses? I’m wondering if someone saw something but hasn’t come forward yet. I can't imagine how hard this must be for his family, not having answers all these years. If anyone knows anyone in the area during that time or has any details, even if it seems minor, it might help the investigation move forward. Thoughts?
