Dorothy's story is so sad, especially thinking about her daughters finding out the way they did. I can't even imagine the shock and distress they must have felt reading it in the news. It makes you wonder about the communication needing serious improvement between authorities and families dealing with such tragedies. This case also highlights how many layers there can be in domestic situations that outsiders never see. The man’s claim and the daughters’ statements show two completely different scenarios. Dorothy’s family knows her best, and their instincts about her situation should be taken seriously. I hope ongoing investigations will shed more light and bring her family some form of peace and justice.
